BASKET MILL

This is batch process machine for size reduction & dispensing of paints, inks, coatings etc. The mill consists of a grinding vessel inside which rotates a shaft fitted with impeller disc. The grinding media and the charged materials are filled into the vessel & the shaft is run at a very high speed for a particular time till dispersions is achieved. Vessels with jacket arrangements are provided as a standard feature. 2 nos. variable speed dispersers are also provided for final dispersing and thorough mixing.
